What is this page?

The Sad Bag is a baggage tag that may be scanned by a smart device (phone) to let the owner know the bag has been found. This system does two things: First, it notifies the bag owner that the bag's QR Code has been scanned. And second, it can notify the owner where the tag was scanned (this does require the person scanning the tag to allow location services to be used).
